More About Me and My World
I'm 21 years old and live with my husband (the absolute love of my life) in the amazing little seaside town of San Clemente, in Orange County, CA. We share many of the same passions, including art, music, and travel. Our desires span beyond the box of Orange County and into a world of spontenaity and adventure, and uncertainty. In a year or two we hope to move to France, where he will study art at an animation school and I will work at a bistro, learn french and study art part time. We're excited to see what the days ahead will bring.

As for me, I long for a simple life. Children one day, but right now just me and my love. I love simplicity and elegance, everything about the 1920's and 30's, good food, good wine, my husband's amazing cooking, the theatre, Broadway musicals, and Disneyland. I love our adorable little apartment overlooking the ocean, yet desire a villa overlooking a vineyard. I'm tired of the hustle and bustle of Southern California, being between two giant cities, and breathing in all that smog from all the traffic. Give me that villa in the French countryside, a glass of wine, a canvas and paints................. the simple life. Where it's almost a demand that you take a step back and take in your surroundings. Work hard of course... but not get so wrapped up in money and material things that you lose track of who you are. Thats what I dislike about California. Especially Orange County. I'd rather pick grapes from a vineyard I can call my own.

A Revelation

When I graduated high school in 2005 I went straight to working full time at a preschool and didn't go back to school. That was my gravest mistake, especially since someone offered to pay. It would've just been at a local community college, but that would have been just the beginning. After that I could've gone anywhere.
In April 2006, I married the love of my life, being only 19 years old. He was only 23. By then I no longer worked at the preschool, but at a construction company first as an ass… Continue

The Dark Corner

The shadows cover my weary eyes,

As I lay wrapped in this shroud of grief.

His words have cut open my heart

And tears spill forth

Like the river in the night.

He's slammed the door for now,

How I miss him

But dread his return.

Why do you hate me so?

Can we go back to the days

When I touched your hand

For the first time?

When I looked up at you

With longing brown eyes,

And reached my arms out to you,

Begging for your love.

Do you remember?

The bliss of knowing

That I was your li… Continue
