vibratto of souls

as you cried, I wiped the tears           from the soft contours of your cheeks,   my hands massaging the temples             of icy dreams      needing a gentle thaw      through words of warm exposure -        gazing into the sea of your eyes,                my smile slowly grew            as your lips gently lifted,       swelling into vibrant waves of breath                beginning to laugh              those small modest laughs,                 saying so much     with so little…See More

I am working in an antique variety store                 dusting, rearranging, interacting with an occasional customer         at the register an old man is standing,    diligently watching me network his wares         as I walk across creaking wooden floors,           I gesture to a woman to follow me.       there is something I want her to see,              something she might be interested in                                     the sun is setting,a powerful glare…See More

without anything to say,  I was bursting with thoughts to speak  so I took refuge                       scripting my words     on the soundstage of my dreams where no one                     would hear what I was thinking  great, an orator articulating silent verses      is like an opera singer without coloratura                    I couldn’t speak, but dreams have a that fabric of air to them,       you’re never full of it                   I wanted to tell everyone, or to…See More

A Time to Say Good-Bye

There are thoughts and then there are thoughts There are worlds to create and episodes to reestablish There are moments when realized Relinquish all deception to the powers of truth Truth touched by a beamFlickering like a distant lighthouseLeading the way to tomorrow There are dreams to inventAnd stars to embrace Fires to feedAnd wonders to manage There is hope and anticipationFilling the soulWith awe and mystery With the will to endure There is a windowOne can peer out fromTo see the world…See More

body parts of a nation      discarded and scattered   along icy highways           and back alleys of frigid city streets          gathered then reassembled           in ultra-modern laboratoriesfunded by the whims of political demigods            resurrected in corporate battlefields,    alongside the frankenstein cottages of the world                              alongside a desolate countryside            where too many skeletons                   hang in its collection of closed…See More

Toys in the Attic

I think of you        and wonderwhy am I thinking of you? why do I occupy space          in the synapses of my mindwith thoughts about you? why is the attic of my skull           filled with memories        stored in the upper floor  of my reflections?    where mental mementos          of special moments       shine through dusty curtains         echoing ghostly songs      where a strange sense of contentment             still reigns over the will of my heart          where paintings of…See More

Hey Jude--Sorry about any confusion. Your question reminded me that I need to set up an instruction page someplace. But you basically click the word "Blogs" or "Photos", "Videos," whatever you're interested in, on the menu bar above your photo. Another page then opens that allows you to add content by clicking "add" or by following the instructions that pop up. Feel free to message me if you need any further assistance. Blessings,
