Sharing My World

"Abstract Arches"

Out of a realm in some auriferous sky
beyond thoughts beckoning, impossibilities of my . . .
Made up animations . . . animating subsistence
Fluttering amid further, while furthering the distant distance

Here . . . hear how me my soul shivers, and a Spirit heir airs
An enhanced accent assenting to e’er
I unravel an unreal, unreeled by injection
like the feel feel insertions of serried perceptions

Exposing sees . . . the one’s never quite seized
I’m in another express
Addressing the undressed, baring bearing’s unsown
Going with the flow I’m all on my own!

For no one impression just daubs in the daub
The idea of it all paints paintings on walls!
With unseen colors . . . it lets me, I am!
I draw . . . I gleam, I’m set, set free on the lam!

A Vorse is a Vorse, even, of course will be coarse
Bristled with distinction
I followed the tracks in a stupor through cracks
Up aisles of isles of wiles and back!

With shoed feet in feat . . . my will spanned in knacks
I hung out on a limb to nick the abstract
This golden arcade that arched my existence
Appeared in a wight's rite, right of the essence

Braiding braids through my heart, in ribband exacts
Nee bending here where no sinner’s rove lacks
In aught, I just ought, and in wrest, I am resting
I wade for the wading, In sane, I’m abrading

I get caught in this seine
let lucid escape . . . rising up to that ghat that rases the bane
With a stoned quean of Queens, and a King that was thronged
Who reigns with reins, rapping wrappings of wrongs?

Babbling brooks of my breath, tempt my unmeaning’s so quenched
Thirsty at best, a swallow’s down nests . . . so Blessed!
So, sow real the far-reaching and dig out deep-seats of reasoning . . . leach from cering!
Wake up! . . . seams seem like their peeling!

Sing songs unstayed
Your schematic Creator 's way, weighs!
Representational truth lives life all aloof
abducted obtusely with no context in use

Come, walk with me in a Netherworld of the untamed
In an array . . . a ray, directing life force of day
Defining humanness under the surface of consciousness
insinuates no assailable boundaries in this world of incompetence

Stirring, stir the pot of our ingrained imaginations
In an aesthetic spawning stew for improver rations
Culminate now, with all your smears and yore splotches
Reach for apprizing . . . a mad organism watches!

. . . In my unpredictable
In the here. . . In you. . .
in our,

Abstract Arches. . .

Hey, thats a pretty cool new pic! Sorry I've not added much to the drumming room. I've been writing sooo much. LOL I have a couple of songs I want to play along to badly, though, and I will add them soon. I'm glad I figured out better quality settings. UGH. The quality was TERRIBLE. I'm trying to record in higher res now when it fits, and I switched to a stand up mic. The one in the webcam is utterly attrocious LOL

I will be checking out yer latest stuff again later tonite. I really have to comment on peoples stuff more. One of the reasons I came to CTI is because I was told they were good for comments here. One wants feedback, but I shouldn't be selfish and not give feedback to others!

Hey there. I will be checking out your stuff again soon, leaving some comments. How are you enjoying the drumming room? It really took off. I figured out a better setting for the mic, so the quality is better. I may be able to get the video quality up, too. We shall see.

Hi Kimmy:

Thank you so much for the lovely note on my page!

I've been away in Mexico for a long overdue holiday with my husband and it was such a lovely surprise to come back to emails and messages from my friends at CTI, and an honor to be selected to stand in the Spotlight.

Does my tan show? hehe

Thanks again!

P.S. I have no idea where Beldune River is...hehe...I am originally from BC, but Edmonton has been very good to me.

Thanks for the comment on my page. And yes, I'm in Edmonton--land of cold winters and snow. hehe The great thing is we usually have great summers, fairly hot and tons of sunshine all year round.

And of course, we also have West Edmonton Mall, the world's largest mall to date.

I love it here. I've lived all over Canada, but Edmonton we made our home.

Well, I have to go and brush my hair and make myself a little bit more presentable. I'm off to Starbucks tgo write. YAY!

Have a great week!

Wow, this page is exquisitly done - I love the red & white text on black - nice looking and reads the best - you are a most practical woman for an artist! I just learned some web design coming here and will redo my page for readability in the future. I almost sorry my last comment was to you at AD, this page is better. Like you, I'm from the North and miss my past up there climbing mountains and trout fishing. I love that pic of your yard - what era was that lovely shot taken? I see why you miss it.- You & Holly are another duo with the artwork. I didn't realize your artwork was so original (I like Holly but your poems are a little more interesting.) Take care and PS: at my new website: WWW.theLastRenaissanceMan.net you can listen to a ton of music with NO DOWNLOADING FOR FREE You may have to click Player buttons on & off. While you doing your art & writing you can minimize the page and listen!
Take care of yourself you're a talented artist! michael guy

The fortunate visitor to Robert’s profile page gains entry into a world of eclectic musical compositions ranging from classical European melodies and Indian ragas to jazz, rock, and blues. Moreover, as various commentators have noted, enough of his precision-crafted poems adorn the site to fill two or three volumes. We could go on quite a bit about his tailored background images, video choices, and the fact that he has established several groups at CTI. But rather than doing that, we invite you to explore for yourself his created wonders at http://creativethinkersintl.ning.com/profile/RobertM

CTI Spotlight Artist Poetry Life & Times April 16-30, 2008

Our friends at Poetry Life and Times have featured a number of CTI’s members in their e-zine and, on top of that, have now been one of the great champions of modern poetry for some ten years. They actually have the archives to prove it! Their current issue not only honors one of poetry’s nobler traditions with its dedication to our very challenged "brothers and sisters in Tibet, Burma and Darfur,” but remains true to its mission by providing a platform for some of the most vibrant contemporary poetic voices on the planet. It is truly our honor at CTI to present Poetry Life and Times as our Spotlight Artist for April 16-30, 2008. The image of the monk featured as their main page profile image is borrowed from their current issue. CTI Spotlight Artist Luther E. Vann April 1-15, 2008

(photo of Luther E. Vann by John Schmidt)

Often described as a poet who utilizes visual art to write his poems, Luther E. Vann is an acclaimed artist who was fortunate enough to receive some of his first art instructions from recognized masters of the Harlem Renaissance. Like all artists of note, he shaped what he learned into a style of his own that fuses deeply spiritual imagery, metaphysical philosophy, and strong social realism. After a lifetime of dedication to his craft, his work will go on exhibit at the Telfair Museum in Savannah, Georgia, from April 16-August 17, 2008, and his first book, ELEMENTAL, The Power of Illuminated Love, is scheduled for publication in May. We’re honored for the opportunity to present Vann as the CTI Spotlight Artist for April 1-15 and invite you to visit his profile to learn more about him at
