Romantic Poet said… - My page did look blank so I put something up. The picture on my background is a photo of a drawing from 1985 that was destroyed shortly after being finished. I have one remaining drawing that I drew in 1972, all others are gone. Perhaps someday I'll draw again. I'm limited on my pictures because I only use my own property and I'm not a great photographer.

Angels mortal, stay with me

Complexities of the Heart
A paradox conflicting
Is love and its beliefs
Sublime is logic hidden
Within emotion’s reefs
No mortal laws of physics
Bind its cruelty or its bliss
Intrinsically affixing
In emotional abyss
It gives without condition
Silent secrets in it dwell
To love a heart’s decision
Its will it does impel
It burns of passion fire
In union with the soul
It seeks to fill desire
Completeness it extols
It spawns a spirit’s feral bliss
And torrent angers rage
With evils lying kiss

Fulfilling Love’s Commitment
Too many times belated,
Our dream so real today.
This day so long awaited,
Our love has found it's way.
At distant glance, a captive smile,
Our distance draws to none.
This moment froze, a minutes while,
Our waiting finally done.
Beheld my heavens vision,
Through eyes that pierce my soul.
A swarm in loves decision,
Emotions swell ten fold.
My longing heart possessed by yours.
The air around us parting.

Letting Go
In love our hearts divided.
Familiar or a new?
A choice not yet decided.
In turmoil, what to do?
Completely I have given.
Incompletely you returned.
The past rethought, forgiven.

Committed to another,
My heart is always yours.
But, I am just your lover.
His bond you can't ignore.

Predestined that I love you,
desires yearned are due.
Stray not my eyes, my heart, my soul,
my one true love is you.
Wipe not the joyous melding tears,
that fall with words we share.
For with these tears our souls adhere,
expunging past despair.
Entwined, our tears between us seep,
loves aspirations swell.
Exchanged our hearts with pleasures weep,
devotions gift we tell.
Holding close with trembling hands,
embraced in primal lust.
with whispered words forbidden,

CREATIVE THINKERS INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
1. Membership at CTI is free and open to all those interested in either the production or appreciation of the creative arts, to include literature, visual art, dance, music, film, spiritual theory, the social sciences, philosophy, general humanities, scientific inquiry, education in general, and other disciplines intended to enhance the quality of life for all humanity.
2. Materials posted by Members of CTI are their sole responsibility and not that of CTI management or any other member of the CTI site.
3. While recognizing that the work of creative artists is often controversial by its very nature, CTI prohibits and discourages the posting of any overtly obscene and intentionally inflammatory material. These include overt pornography, racist diatribes, religious slander, and any postings promoting discrimination against or the oppression of other human beings.
4. In the interest of stimulating creative growth, we encourage dialogue and even debate. However, Members should avoid leaving intentionally offensive or antagonistic remarks on the pages of Fellow Members. We can disagree and still remain a harmonious community.
5. Explore, grow, share, and enjoy your creative success.
Please remember, these guidelines are likely to evolve as the site itself continues to evolve and develop. We welcome and encourage your input. After all, yours are some of the best minds on the planet so we would be very foolish not to listen to what you have to say.
