Some have said the most importance circumstance is social. Others believe the political or spiritual is more important. Can freedom be given to another or is it something we claim from within. Legend of St. Patrick banishing snakes from Ireland

The legends says St. Patrick banished snakes from Ireland but history says there were no snakes to be banished. He's still a very powerful presence in many lives and the truth of his accomplishments may be greater than either history or legend.

The Quotable Michael Jackson

Singer Michael Jackson August 29, 1959-June 25, 2009

When a friend expressed her sadness over the recent death of Michael Jackson, she was surprised to hear me say I never paid much attention to his music or videos. I like different kinds of music but in the past few years noticed that I particularly appreciate classical music and modern New Age music with strong classical influence. Then my friend said Jackson was… Continue

Randy Pausch (Oct 10, 1960-July 25, 2008) and "The Last Lecture"

He then spoke about and demonstrated the joy of living his life with "fun" on a day to day basis. I'm still working on the "fun" part but the renewed… Continue

Al Gore
The 2007 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate says the issue of climate change can be summed up in three simple words: "We must act".

But what should we do ? What would be the best way to act?

Well apart from all the obvious like recycling and saving energy the next best thing you can do that would impress Al Gore, and get me invited to the Ophra show : ] is easy and Free,
