To kiss the sky

Take me to a wind that doesn't sigh a sad goodbye,
but rather a sweet lullabye.

Take me to the sweet sunset that kisses me before the lightly moonlit night.

Was it you who took me to kiss the stars?
To feel the suns gentle heat,
the moons cool radiant beams?

I do not know...

But I know that I think of you,
when my eyes, they kiss the sky.

...and all I yearn for is to say hello,
and never to say goodbye.

Thank you very much! This whole page just feels "right." It has a light feel to it, and it feels like me somehow. Soulful, thoughtful :) As you know already, I love to enhance the poetry here, but not at the cost of the poem itself, overwhelming it.
