Take a bite said the snake
and ever since the carrott
and the stick has been our goal
we chase that elusive butterfly
in the pusute of imagined joy
wealth desire happiness
SUCKERS!!!!
see the snake as all great magicians
knew that slight of hand
was the order of the day
for the reality can never be
the dream and fantsy is just
that a fantasy
the trick is to make us believe
in the possobility
so merily we dance chasing rainbows
believing the illusion
instead look inside find peace of mind
the snake wears a skin of pretty colours
but his fangs are long
once bitten the piosen spreads deep

it is the truth of life that we seek
